This is an angle that would be valuable investigation. We would need at least two volunteers to visit the courtrooms and find these victims. We already have confirmation that innocent men are going to jail because of paternity fraud. There is no question about this issue; it is an established fact. What is problematic is that so many victims do not know that the child isn't theirs do to lack of resources.
It would be very helpful to have a DNA testing fund for a study that could be used to test for paternity fraud. Further, the victims are often past the time period for making a motion in court. So, the police state in California will do everything in their power to prevent such a study. I can tell you right now that this would have to be a covert investigation because the feminists and the CA-DCSS do not want the public to know of the actual numbers of innocent males that they’ve jailed. These facts are being actively suppressed.

Please tell me there are men willing to take the time on this. Maybe there is a way to find out when these cases go to trial in advance.

As the infamous Carnell would say, "...and people will see that the emporer truely has no clothes." Ufortunately, NCFM does not have sufficient volunteers to expose this issue via investigative reporting.
As we dig deeper we have learned that the CA-DCSS is in fact sending innocent males to jail in the name of collecting child support. The CA legislature can no longer claim ignorance in the matter because they have had testimony before respective judicial committees.
When the CA legislature hears this fact, NCFM-LA finds that they do support legislation to correct the problem. Nevertheless, we do not have a definitive study that assigns actual numbers to the problem.
The result is that legislative members, assistants, and the opponents point to the lack of research and claim that it is not wise to make legislative policy when there are only a "relative few males" that can demonstrate that there is a problem with innocent males going to jail. These people are in fact white liberal free-love socialists who happen to practice white supremacy. They have no problem arguing that because the Jim Crow laws impact only a minority that the African-Americans should not complain about the oppressive tactics of the Jim Crow laws. Little do the minorities know that the dem-liberals have turned against them on the issue of paternity fraud.
What the opposition is literally demanding is that the paternity fraud coalition prove there are 100,000 innocent males being sent to jail, yet by contrast they have no problem with liberating 100+ innocent males from death row using DNA evidence. Clearly, the death row convicts have more rights and protections than a male falsely accused of being the natural father of a child.
NCFM, LA is not exaggerating when it states that the free-love socialist dems want the state to have the power to name any male as the father of the child. Not only that, we find there are representatives of ACES (a child support collection group) who openly advocate that the state force a male to have a relationship with a child regardless of biology. That is a matter of record from the CA Assembly Judiciary hearing.
Ironically, males are sooooo terrified of the CA-DCSS that they do not want to even try getting a DNA test. They don't care that the odds are against their being the father. From their perspective, it is better to go into the underground economy in CA than to risk having 50% or more of their wages seized by the CA-DCSS. They know when they are not the father because they did not have sex with the accuser.
I personally believe that until there is a thing called “reasonable child support” that the trend of innocent males entering the underground economy will continue. From a male’s perspective, it is just too risky to submit to a DNA test and play by the rules. So, they naively choose to go underground and avoid paying child support. This of course is a stupid error that results in their being jailed over the long-term.
For this reason, we need the millionaires of this world to come forward and help stop the oppression of innocent males by funding private and confidential DNA testing. Until then, even with new legislation the males will continue making devastating choices that will destroy their lives because they will avoid playing by the rules and accepting responsibility for their child(ren).
That is why I draw two contrasting extremes. On the one hand, we have the American value that claims biology matters and that child support should be reasonable. In this group, there is the belief that we should NOT have a free-love society. They believe in social responsibility, the family unit, reducing the number of out-of-wedlock births, and the responsibility of the male to support the child. This group that supports American values (moderates and conservatives) claim that marriage can only be between a man and a woman. Their ideals are founded in solid American values that have a 1000 plus year history.
On the other hand, we have the free-love socialist dems that believe the state should have the power to literally assign any male to be the father of a child regardless of biology. In their corrupt minds, biology has little or nothing to do with paternity. They point to adoptions and claim that this is proof that only the relationship between the male and the child matters, and biology is irrelevant. This is the group that wants gay and lesbians to have the same rights as married couples. They claim that such unions constitute an “extended” family and that the “best interest of the child” is to have the gay and lesbian couples claim they are in effect a natural family. In this group, all that matters is that the mother or the state names the male as the father of the child. They devalue the male to be nothing more than a sperm donor, and they claim that most all males are in effect dogs impregnating a woman. This set of values is rooted in the values of communism as taught by Carl Marx. They are a value of the failed Soviet Union.
And so we find that feminism is rooted in Marxism and that the protection of the natural family has its roots in basic American values. With basic American values DNA matters, the natural parents are to assume responsibility for any children, and the state (as a general rule) cannot violate the natural law that states the biological or natural father is the only person that should have paternal responsibility. There are of course obvious exceptions to this natural law.

Are you solely interested in the California court system? Is there information readily available for a volunteer to learn how to make his way through the courthouse legal files?
It is only in California that we find an average default judgment rate of about 64%. No other state is so aggressive in randomly assigning males to be the father of a child solely because of an accusation on the part of the mother. By contrast, New York averages around 10-15%. In California, any named male can become the father of a child on an unprecedented scale. That is why we focus on California to get new legislation.

Carnell's group, CAPF, has been deeply involved in seeking new legislation in California. He has been very influential in helping us move legislative relief forward, but we still need more groups to join our informal coalition on paternity and fight in California against the feminist.
