Fatherhood Anonymous User sends us this FoxNews article and writes "Wendy McElroy does a good job of pointing out the governmental forces which have created the current child support industry in the United States." From the article:
Men are confronting a governmental Goliath that has been called "the child abuse industry." In doing so, they defend not only fathers' rights but also those of mothers and children.

It is my opinion that these government agencies have found ways to intimadate and bully women.

These people spend millions and millions of dollars trying to figure out new ways to divide men and women.

The result , the constant demonization of men. From television commercials to movies will emotive political backdrops based on half-truths and misrepresentations.

They terrorize women and manipulate them into the very feminists originally claimed to fight, oppression.

There are considerable advantages to bureaucracies and government in general for offering women security in exchange for political support. For one thing, it allows governments to pit women against the people who might reduce government power, i.e. men.

Not a conspiracy, just a natural evolution of bureaucracy. The problem is, how to derail that evolution?

You'd think the truth would be sufficient. I was wrong on that part as well.

Mere facts that fly in the face of comfort are seldom heeded. Unless they are physically unavoidable, and even then some will try to disregard the rope as it is placed around their neck....
