I find the last sentecne amusing, that they want to find out of Bernhard's research was always wrong or if things have changed in the last thirty years.
Silly goose! She was always wrong! She started out with a sexist hypothesis and went out to find data to prove it, and when she found what sounded good to her, she stopped looking. Just like all the REST of femi-scientists.

"Psychologists are now debating whether Bernard's conclusions have always been flawed, or whether women have become genuinely happier inside marriage over the past 30 years," the magazine added.
Why wouldn't women be happier in marriage over the last 30 years? They know they hold all the cards. And they don't even need to keep living with the poor sap to keep living out of his bank account.
