OK, somebody want to tell me WHY her name isn't being released???? She's not a victim, she's a CRIMINAL! WHY is her name not in print? They print the names of accused rapists, do they not?

Nightmist - I had the same reaction. Why are they protecting her? Maybe it's an Aussie thing? Or maybe it's that she is a woman.

It's simple....she's a woman, and a woman cannot make a false allegation of rape, dv, child molestation, violence, and etc.
So, she will get off just like most other female molesters do.
Of course if this were a man claiming abuse then we all know he would be ... lynched ... to put it politely.

And we're supposed to believe that she was abused as a child?

Damn these women! They know the consequences of their allegations! It is the duty of the justice system to charge this offencer. Yet they let her off because she is a woman.

This "sick" woman is a sexual predator!
She should be forced to register as one with the police to protect men in the community from her false rape accusations that could result in loss of career, family, reputation, going to jail, spending life savings hiring a "good lawyer" and god knows what else.
She will do this again! And since she is unknown to the public, she just might be believed.
Just what in the hell is wrong with the self-hating MALE misandric legislators and judges that let these wacko nutballs off just because they are female?

I think Luek is right. One of the most sinister things for me is that since this female is effectively anonymous, MY protection in the future is compromised should I meet her.
When you consider how a convicted rapist would be treated by women were his crimes publicised, I am simply asking for equal protection.
Additionally, since the "anonymity" clause is usually justified by feminists as a tool to encourage victims to come forward, it is surely null and void in this case. Firstly, the female in question is no victim, and secondly, she is rightly noted as a dangerous predator. Out of interest, is her anonymity being "suppressed" by the judiciary or the media?
Finally, I should really bookmark these (ever increasing)incidents as future proof for the trolls who continue to claim these cases are rare.
