BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF EVENT: "What's Missing When Fathers Are Missing?" is a special one-day interactive workshop lead by best selling author Dr. Warren Farrell.

Dr. Farrell will facilitate a discussion based on his best selling book 'Father and Child Reunion' on How to bring the dads we need to the children we love.

Participants will have an opportunity to increase their understanding of the role fathers have in the family and the challenges that separated/divorced fathers deal with when their marriages break-up. As well, participants will discuss and develop strategies to help "put fathers back in the picture" both at the individual family level and at the societal level.

The workshop will open with a panel discussion dealing with the barriers and obstacles separated/divorced fathers are faced with. Followed by a question and answer period.

Don't miss this great learning and networking opportunity. By attending this workshop you will also be supporting F.A.C.T. 's lobbying efforts for changes to the family divorce laws so that they promote shared parenting, equal access and fairness and equality for both parents.
