More than 20 colleges join initiative to address male enrollment decline

Article here. Excerpt:

'A new partnership between nearly two dozen colleges and universities aims to tackle the steep decline in male enrollment — an effort that is very much needed, two scholars told The College Fix.

In a stark shift in higher education demographics, men are now earning two of every five college degrees, and are more likely than women to drop out of college. These trends are highlighted in a recent report from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and the American Institute for Boys and Men.

With college enrollment dropping and men making up the vast majority of that decline, the university and institute decided to launch the Higher Education Male Achievement Collaborative in October.'

They just want men to take out outrageous loans to go to indoctrination camps called "college".

Guys, unless you have the desire and the chops to become a doctor, lawyer, or engineer, DON'T DO IT! College is for the most part waste of time and money. I have 2 college degrees myself one in the humanities and an MS in tech, and I can attest that these were unnecessary to me getting the jobs I have had.

College has turned into an indictrination camp-cum-diploma mill for most subjects. Unless you NEED a degree of some kind and really WANT to do some job in particular, don't waste your time and money on a useless college degree.
