"driving young American men toward toxicity"
The toxicity of modern feminism assails young men, driving them toward misery. That's more like it.
Towards toxicity? Or away from toxicity?
Men and boys are increasingly not engaging with mainstream society, education and women. This may be disasterous for society and women, but its not that bad for many men and boys. Men and boys are creating their own new culture, a vibrant creative culture of free speech and discovery. For the few men and boys who are hyperempathetic, this transition is difficult, painful and sometimes fatal. No-one mentioned this in the broadcast. One expression of this, the gaming culture, has grown from a frequently demeaned and dismissed nerdism, to a multi-billion dollar global enterprise/culture. These men and boys are not failing, they're just changing the rules of the game.
For other men who attempt to engage with women and family, there is an enormous potential for disaster, estrangement from children and enforced servitude.
