Horray! Five years for homicidal false rape claimStory here. Excerpt: 'FORT WORTH -- A Tarrant County jury sentenced Tracy Roberson to five years in prison because she made a false claim of rape that got her lover killed. Jurors deliberated two hours before reaching a decision on her sentence.' Okay, not so "horray", but it's better than what her misandrist lawyer wanted: probation. About time they start penalizing women for this. |

She should have gotten more time, IMO.
They have a survey at their site where you can vote on this question:
"Jurors sentenced a local woman to 5 years in prison for a false claim of rape that got her lover killed. Do you agree with the sentence?"
That's a very poorly worded question. They should have ask if the sentence was severe enough for the crime she committed, IMO. I did not think it was and started to vote "No," then thought, "Wait a minute, that could also be interpretted as if I thought the sentence was to severe and she shouldn't have gotten any time at all." I voted "Yes," because "yes" she deserves at least 5 years and 10 years would have been better. She cost a man his life with her lie.
Currently 2/3's of the voters are saying they agree with her conviction and sentence.
A vote "yes" on their survey is a good start in getting more justice for men, IMO.

Better than not even
Better than not even prosecuting her. Much much better than pinning it on her husband.

Standard battered womans defense
"During the sentencing phase, Roberson took the stand in her own defense. She claimed her husband was overbearing and controlling and she was afraid of him."
What a surprise.
Did she read it from the script?
"During the sentencing phase, Roberson took the stand in her own defense. She claimed her husband was overbearing and controlling and she was afraid of him."
Did she read it directly off a script, or did she actually memorize it?
That statement is so boiler plate, so cliche' it's pathetic. You'd think with all that taxpayer, VAWA money they'd come up with some variations to that standard gender feminist jargon.
Of Course This Is Andrea Yates Country.
Remember this is Texas were the mass murderer of 5 children was initially convicted of murder (but not given the death penalty in death penalty happy Texas she being a member of the gender aristocratic class)but the "fix" was put in to get her murder conviction overturned and reclassified as not guilty by reason of temporary insanity.
Even though this false accuser got five years (she could have gotten 20)the "fix" again will probably be put in about 18 months and her conviction overturned on some goddamned technicality.
Her shmucky husband is evidently still standing by her. She gets caught screwing around on him and could have gotten him imprisoned but still he hoped the jury would have been more lenient with her. Some males are just dumb but a few select are dumb to the bone and he is one! Idiot!

Those guys over at SYG just love to play nice. Every once in a while men get tired of treading water.
Dr. Evil @ SYG
I got permanently banned from SYG by Dr. Evil a couple years ago for expressing heretical ideas he disagreed with.
I really do not recall the precise issue or my comments, but he snapped and tossed me out.
I believe he is at heart a Stalinist, because he wants to censor speech and ideas, and that's why SYG is such a lame site today.
This is actually my second
This is actually my second time being banned (and I was suspended once before as well).
It happens, oh well, I am now posting alot at AntiMisandry where things appear to be a lot more open.
