Excerpt: 'A teenage girl has run out of Perth Magistrates Court and smashed a car with an axe on a main street, yelling and swearing at officers as they tried to restrain her. The 15-year-old girl began smashing the windows of the parked Pajero in front of dozen of stunned onlookers on Hay St yesterday.

Crazy is as crazy does
True for both sexes. You can say crazy things. All right. You can write crazy things. Fair enough. Neither confirms you are crazy. Might you be crazy? Maybe. But maybe you're also just a wee tipsy or perhaps a bit tired, or maybe in a tiff about something. But when you act crazy? Then, you're crazy. Saying it is one thing, writing another, but doing it cinches the deal!
