The demise of U.S. males in sportsArticle here. Excerpt: 'Much of the blame in the demise of Olympic sports programs in the United States has been the federal government’s push of Title IX regulations that have led to “quota queens” that mandate more sports for women than men, and men are being told they cannot play sports. Now the Department of Education, knowing the demise of the American male at the Olympics, has made it clear it is planning quotas in high school sports, and the local high school gridiron, diamond and Olympic sports are on the cutting block, all in the name of equality, which technically means feminine superiority and masculine inferiority. In New York, new schools in the city may only offer sports programs for girls. Future plans by the agency call for quotas in math and science classes to restrict male participation in such classes.

STEM and Title IX
Using Title IX to meet a gender quota for STEM classes means banning boys from engineering classes so we can have equal numbers of men and women. Why do we want to forbid boys from pursuing their chosen profession? This is both unfair and stupid.
