Yorktown University Offers Free Access to Online Lecture: “Political Correctness and Feminism”Article here. Excerpt: 'Bowling Green, OH, June 25, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The free, pre-recorded lecture is given by Dr. Richard Zeller, a sociologist who developed an online course for Yorktown University on Political Correctness and authored articles such as "Gender Bias Paranoia" and "Political Correctness: Sociology's Achilles Heel." Dr. Zeller was active in promoting Yorktown University in Press Conferences at the National Press Club in 2000. Dr. Zeller had noted that a survey at the university in Ohio where he taught found many students complaining that their classes were too politicized by left-leaning faculty. In response, he proposed a course that would examine political correctness. His department rejected the course proposal and Dr. Zeller accepted Yorktown University's invitation to offer his course online. Dr. Zeller defines political correctness as “the attempt to limit thought in science, education and culture by intimidation, force and other forms of coercion. Certifying that some thought is ‘correct’ and other is not enables those who are ‘correct’ thinkers to avoid free and fair competition of ideas by threats and intimidation."
