'PARIS, Texas - A teenager who has profound mental disabilities was sentenced to 100 years in prison after pleading guilty to charges in a sex abuse case involving his 6-year-old neighbor.

Aaron Hart, 18, of Paris, was arrested and charged after a neighbor found him fondling her stepson in September. The teen pleaded guilty to five counts, including aggravated sexual assault and indecency by contact, and a jury decided his punishment.

Hart has an IQ of 47 and was diagnosed as mentally disabled as a child. He never learned to read or write and speaks unsteadily.

"He couldn't understand the seriousness of what he did," said his father, Robert Hart. "I never dreamed they would think about sending him to prison. When they said 100 years — it was terror, pure terror, to me."'

Hart's appellate attorney, David Pearson, said the court-appointed doctor did the bare minimum to assess competency and ran tests geared for mental illness, not mental retardation.

He said an appeal will be filed.'

Texas, the state that gave the world the Andrea Yates Pass has done it again! Male victims of obvious retardation are now to be dropped down the bottomless black hole called the Texas Department of Corrections for at least a zillion years.

IN 2003 KILLED TWO CHILDREN ONE AGED 6 AND THE OTHER AGED 8 BY BASHING THEM IN THE HEAD WITH A ROCK. TRIED TO KILL A 14 MONTH OLD INFANT THE SAME WAY BUT HE SURVIVED HOWEVER WILL BE HANDICAPPED FOR LIFE BECAUSE OF HIS INJURIES IN THE ATTEMPTED MURDER.
FOUND NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF INSANITY.

DENA SCHLOSSER TEXAS

IN 2004 MURDERED A 14 MONTH OLD INFANT BY CUTTING OFF ITS ARMS WITH A BUTCHER’S KNIFE. CHILD BLED TO DEATH.
FOUND NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF INSANITY. INSANITY CURED AND RELEASED 2008 WITH NO CRIMINAL RECORD. DECLARED MIRACULOUSLY CURED OF INSANITY BY THE STATE AND RELEASED IN EARLY 2009. NO CRIMINAL RECORD OF COURSE SINCE SHE NEVER WAS A CONVICTED FELON MURDERER.

VALERIA MAXON OF TEXAS

DROWNED HER 1 YEAR OLD SON IN THE FAMILY’S HOT TUB IN JUNE 2006. DURING HER CAPITAL MURDER TRIAL THE JUDGE DECLARED HER LEGALLY INSANE AND ORDERED HER TO RECEIVE TREATMENT AT THE NORTH TEXAS STATE HOSPITAL. SOMEHOW THE STATE OF TEXAS SHIFTED THE BLAME ON THE HUSBAND AND PROSECUTED HIM.

IN 2001 ANDREA YATES MURDERED 5 CHILDREN BY DROWNING THEM IN A BATHTUB; SEE LIZA DIAZ. INITIALLY CONVICTED OF MURDER BUT LATER RETRIED AND FOUND NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF INSANITY. HER NEW ROOMMATE IS (WAS) DENA SCHLOSSER. ANDREA WOULD PROBABLY BE DECLARED MIRACULOUSLY CURED OF INSANITY BY THE STATE OF TEXAS AND RELEASED BY NOW IF HER CASE WAS NOT STILL IN THE PUBLIC EYE.

Don't expect the ACLU coming to his rescue and challenging the courts. In 99% of these cases they would. You see, he's a white boy -- which as we all know is politically incorrect.

now coddles and identifies with murderous women.
and puts to death more men than any other.

this is also the state that was not too long ago featured on
several news shows where a father was ordered to pay some
serious c.s. for 3 boys proven thru d.n.a. tests (needed for medical
reasons) not to be his. the boy's real father actually moved into
the family home after the divorce.

and true to form, the supreme court of idiots refused
to hear the case.

like i said, texas justice? what a joke.

it appears the harder many males try to act like "real men",
by acting out a perverted version of "chivalry",
the less like real men they consistently demonstrate
they have become.

I blame our Attorney General, Greg Abbott, for all this nonsense. His re-election campaign was based solely on "getting the child support from the loser fathers."

I plan to write a letter to him. And Paris, Texas? Hickville. Can't believe this actually went through. If I ever go back there again, I'm going to have choice words to say about the town, and I won't spend a dime there.
