Circumcision problems impair HIV prevention: studyStory here. Excerpt: 'African health workers need more training and better tools to circumcise men and boys safely for HIV prevention, according to a World Health Organisation (WHO) study chronicling "shocking" rates of complications. As many as 35 percent of males circumcised by traditional practitioners in Kenya's Bungoma district suffered complications such as bleeding, infection, excessive pain and erectile dysfunction from the procedure, the WHO researchers found. "Other common adverse effects reported were pain upon urination, incomplete circumcision requiring recircumcision, and laceration," they wrote, estimating 6 percent of patients had life-long problems as a result.'

Another thing that impairs it as that it doesn't change anything
Wait, it does change one thing for sure: the man's sexuality is blasted. But I guess that isn't too important.
Ain't That The Truth
I guess destroying a mans genitals is acceptable if it somehow benefits women. A penis that doesn't work can't spread AIDS, right?
I have an idea. Maybe they should perform circumcisions with a rusty scalpel. Within a few weeks the man will develop Tetnis. At the very least he'll become impotent and won't be able to spread his 'evil' disease.
