A Woman judge being chastised for demeaning comments to a victim! We don't know the whole story, but we know enough. Any judge should remember who pays their salary. I had a judge Merton in CA make the comment a month and a half ago that the court would decide my rights, if I had any in regards to my deceased Sons' estate. To bad I can't get him for his obvious bias. "It is a good day to die!"

I, too am surprised that a FEMALE judge would be "punished" for mocking a male assault victim.
I'll bet the N.O.W. is preparing to give this woman a prize or something.
This judge will probably write a book about her "ordeal", of course claiming that SHE was the REAL victim, and make tons of money from it.
I WON'T be surprised if this actually comes about. The feminists and like-minded women have become boringly predictable...,

"Hoka hey!"

I can see the book now: she was forced to insult him because of something men did to her. You see, her daddy wouldn't buy her that pony when she was 16, and refused to upgrade her BMW from a 318i to a 540i while he was putting her through law school, and that's "domestic violence" according to VAWA (isn't denial of unearned gender privilege domestic violence?), so she can attack any man she likes now and be "excused", don't you know!

Of course, even if he was lying, the judge's comments were uncalled for! Imagine what would happen if the victim was a woman and the judge was a man in this case.

As Nushwat was reading a statement during a sentencing hearing, Uplinger told defendant Artis Bey: "You don't have to listen to this if you don't want to."
Congratulations to the author for including this.
Isn't this usually a courtesy extended to victims when their assailants are reading confessions that may be emotionally disturbing to the victim?
