Woman Killed By Son During DV Was Justified

	Luek writes "Well, this is rare! A woman who was attacking her 73 yo father with a pair of scissors during a DV confrontation was shot and killed by her son. This woman's death during this domestic violence incident was ruled justifiable homicide. No charges filed against the son or his grandfather."

Rare! (Score:1) by Davidadelong on 08:30 AM January 1st, 2006 EST (#1) The young Man was lucky his Grandpa didn't have a heart attack, or he would have been fried. I met a young Man and his Father years ago who had a similar situation. the young Man had killed his mother to protect the Father. The young Man spent 5 years in a mental hospital because it was determined that since he killed his mother he was demented. My mother was abusive, she threw knives and such at me all the time, I had a judge warn me to quit giving my parents such a hard time, or else, which was to remove me from my home, guess what I did? The system isn't changing as fast as the People, could this be what grass roots is all about?
