They're having trouble deciding who should get custody, the Father or the Mother?
Gee, Yeah, I can see where this would be a tough decision. (sarcasm)
In a world not gone insane with female worship and political correctness, this would be a NO BRAINER...! But, unfortunately, that's NOT the world we live in, today. *shrugs and walks away*

I suppose that if there was a valid mental reason for this heinious action that compassion would be in order. But, that same compassion would have to exist for Men that suffered from a mental disorder that did something similar. But of course we know that compassion in the courts is usually found only when a Woman is in the "hot seat". Until then we should lobby for the same treatment of Women as Men in the courts. Without equality there is no justice!
