Overseas travel bans, similar to those slapped on football hooligans, are also being considered to punish parents who consistently refuse to support their own children.

New powers to punish non-paying parents are being discussed within government, ranging from community service to tagging. Plans to strip fathers of their passports have proved more problematic and ministers are exploring whether temporary travel bans like those issued to football hooligans during big matches are workable.

Check out this article by the ever-excellent Melanie Phillips http://www.melaniephillips.com/articles/archives/0 01497.html. "It is women above all who should be made to take responsibility for their behaviour. If they choose to tear up a marriage contract or to have children without committing themselves to the father, they should bear the financial burden. Instead of being propped up with benefits or money extorted from rejected men, they should be expected to support themselves through work." I think the word 'extorted' sums up the way the feminist creosote farm works; imposing on men a never-ending succession of debts for things which have brought them no benefit. We're told that women do so many thousands of pounds of unpaid work each year - more than men, of course. This is bullshit. Driving your children to school doesn't make you a chauffeur, nor does making their lunch turn you into a chef. Nobody owes you anything for looking after your own kids, and no man should be forced to pay for a system that has been set up to exclude him. There should be no such thing as child support or alimony. Women can go out to work these days, so they can earn their own money and stop ripping men off. If a man wants to support a woman and her children, that should be his choice, but nobody should have the right to force him to do so. The history of the last hundred years of tyranny is the history of mass criminalisation. Whether it be Marxists or Fascists (or feminists), they all function by the invention of new offenses that people can be found guilty of - 'counter-revolutionary activity', 'racial impurity', 'deadbeat dad'. As someone said in 'Atlas Shrugged', "the only power any govenment has is the power to crack down on criminals." There has to come a time when you say 'enough is enough!', and that time must surely be now.
