Yes, the rates of arrests and incarceration of female felons is still too low BUT the rate today is much higher than it was just a decade ago.
Also, the use of the get out of jail for free "abuse excuse" card is nowhere as a sure thing as it once was. And the sentences that female felons get are much longer than they once where.
There is of course much room for improvement in arresting and incarcerating female criminals but I personally feel that real progress has been made in this area.
Things are getting better!

Indeed - we're heading inexorably towards "true equality", where women are held as accountable for their actions as men.
Just wait until someone makes it mandatory for women to register for the draft...

If women ever really DO have to sign up for the draft, it will be VERY interesting, indeed, to see the reaction of feminists.
