Teacher "snogs" pupil
posted by Matt on 09:13 PM October 20th, 2005
Inequality Anonymous User writes "I know these stories are common now, but this one is a good example of the brazen nature of some of these women. She admits kissing the boy, then claims instead he sexually assaulted her, then her solicitors decide they can no longer represent her after she gave evidence in the trial. She has now been found guilty and was criticised by the judge for letting the case get "so far" because she refused to plead guilty. She evidently felt she could do what she liked and get let off because she's a woman and can't possibly be to blame. Ironically, it will probably work out that way. The judge(female) has already told her she won't be imprisoned."

This teacher has made numerous comments about her and her family "knowing what really went on" and being "prepared to fight" this case.

In actual fact, she has unwittingly stumbled onto the top paedophile excuse. She believes that the boy "wanted it", "enjoyed it" and became "infatuated" with her.

She is completely oblivious to the fact that she took a hormone laden 15 year old, kissed him (with tongue) 3 times in a week, told him when he reached 16 that she would like to have sex with him, and then wonders why he became infatuated and pushy.

She now believes that he was "sexually aggressive" to her and it is entirely his fault. Many studies show that abused children believe that sex is something they can do which gets them attention and "love" - this also horrifies those who have to look after them after they have been rescued.

This woman has been brainwashed to accept that a male (even a boy) is culpable for pushy sexual behaviour and that she (as a woman) has absolutely no responsibility for it.

That is why she pled "not guilty". That is why her lawyers refused to defend her anymore after she gave evidence (their consciences wouldn't let them). That is why she continues to fight on even though the judge has criticised her for refusing to accept that she's in the wrong. And finally, that is why the jury found her guilty.

The only thing missing is a custodial sentence.

"Snog" is a British euphimism for kissing. It does not mean a kiss on the cheek. I guess it's a french kiss.

Got it.
Thanks.

Also noted that most media reports today referred to the boy as "the 6ft youngster".

Obviously, this implies he is not a boy and she's been treated a bit harshly.

So being developed is an excuse to abuse now? I think we know the answer to that one when applied to men.

Next time they can talk about that underage female's breast size - can't you see it now? "The 13-year-old female, who wears a 34C bra, said that he spoke inappropriately to her and . . . " :P

Remember that article, recently, that said when approaching the case of male child abusers and female child abusers that "Men are demonized, Women are diagnosed."?
We really should adopt that as a saying and say it often in cases like this. I have never heard it put in better words.

I think, though, that for better effect, we should reverse the order and change the verb, to:

"Women get diagnosed, Men get demonized."
