I have honestly considered doing just that.
But like most Indians I'd have a very hard time vacating the land of my ancestors.
But if I ever DO decide to leave, I will not give up the fight for this country. I'll just be doing it from Mexico, Brazil or Japan. Or SOMEWHERE where a good part of the female population is at least a bit more agreeable.
I really want to get away from the ball-busters, the psuedo-men, the "Godesses", the female-supereamists, the "strong"-women, the butches, the wussie-poopies and the horribly anti-male media. Just somewhere where it is okay to be a man. And where it is okay for women to be women.
By the way, I know this is a bit off topic, but I am also really tired of certain women's groups usurping our Native Indian religions and spirituality. Which is interesting since feminists are fond of saying that Indian cultures "oppressed their women". Which is a HUGE lie in and of it's self.
Oh, well. I feel a bit better now that I've gotten that off my chest...!

Thundercloud,
It's pretty interesting that VAWA 2005 is targeting Native American DV as a particular focus.
The bill as presently written funds a Director of Tribal Peoples position and sub-agency to be housed within the Office for Violence Against Women in the DOJ.
Somebody in N.O.W. has figured out that there's another cow to be milked for major bank, and it's on the Res.
Tribal men will be targeted, that's a given.
And BTW, if you're looking for a nice neighborhood with racial diversity, tolerance, and very beautiful women, I'd suggest anywhere in the far southern Carribean.... Dominica, St. Vincent, Grenada, Carriacou.
Though the girls from Trinidad are a bit full of themselves...

Hi Thundercloud,
What would be the possibility of setting up a male only reservation . . but as you probably know, the government cannot be trusted to not interfere !

An all-male-reservation...?
No. no thanks.
I've never lived on a reservation. (though I have relatives that do) But I can tell you reservation life is nothing to be envied.
But believe me the feminists would LOVE men-only reservations.
They of course would be in charge of them in the same way the federal government is with Indian reservations. And like the federal government the feminists would say they weren't in charge, while sticking their noses in to every aspect of reservation life, from politics to spirituality, to education, to family units and even to what foods would be sold in reservation stores.
(Right now the federal government makes sure that a LARGE amount of foods with high starch contents are sold. Fat Indians die sooner than thin ones.) Trust me this is a feminists dream come true. We would have the facade of "freedom" but be under total tyranny. ...kinda like things are now, in general throughout the U.S., but it would be much worse than even this.
Now if feminists wanted to leave the U.S. and set up their own feminist government on some island somewhere, I'd be fine with that. They could take the wussie-poopies with them for slave labor. Wussie-poopie men LOVE that sort of thing.
But no, No all-male reservations. I think I speak for alot of Indians when I say, we've SEEN what that leads to, and it ain't pretty.
Thundercloud.

I was fed up with it and left the USA. I now live in Asia. It is much better here. The pay is about the same and there are women in high earning positions, but most of them have not sacrificed their femininity to do it. Contrary to popular Western belief, the women of Asia are not subservient. They are just clever about how they get what they want. Simply because they still are feminine does not mean they are lacking in power. This is a common misconception. But I digress...
Yes, I got fed up with watching friends lose thier homes, incomes, being accused of God knows what in custody battles. I watched my two brothers stay in horrible marriages due to the financial consequences of ending them. So... I left. I am much happier now.

I agree.
Men seem to be born problem solvers.
Don't give feminists the satisfaction of ending your own life. That is exactly what they WANT us to do.
The best way to "get even" with them, so to speak, is to beat them with logic, perseverance, intelligence and truth.
