Speaking of all responsibility and no rights, now they're trying to take a death award away from a biological father because he wasn't in the child's life and didn't pay child support for a child the mother forced upon him based on a one-night stand.

Maybe since they're looking for blame to justify stopping a benefit, maybe the mother shouldn't get her $137,000 death benefit either since she had the baby with no relationship with a father to support the child.

For anyone who wants to give the state congressman a piece of your mind concerning his idea that something's not right and that they should maybe "tighten things up a bit", here's his website.

Horn doesn't quite grab it. He writes, "and how much money you must spend on your kids."

Umm, I think he means how much money the government will take from you and give, with no accountability, to the parent with primary custody, usually the mother because of sexist family custody decisions. That's called "child support". It has nothing to do with the amount of money you spend on your kids!

is a doctrine to be read and understood by every young man considering marriage what the 50% or less odds of success really means....it means you have greater than a 50% chance of losing everything you have ever owned and likely ever will own if you get married and fail.

Nobody warns you what the laws actually are.
If this were required reading at the high school and college level, you can bet the laws would either change or marriage would go the way of the dinosaurs. It just is NOT worth it!!
