ok,,, the guy is going to marry a woman who had put a restraining order against him a couple month's before????? maybe arresting him for that offsets the need to arrest him for shear stupidity. i don't feel sorry for him at all.
and if he were to ever beat the crap out of her in the future...she get's what she deserves for her shear stupidity as well.
but that's just my oppinion....

yeah...she came within such and such distance of him... if that were allowed then she could chase him all over creation just for the hell of it. either way... they deserve each other and the trouble they make for themselves. they're just stupid.
and you know you can't be holding a woman accountable! it might set a precedence.
why do people post enonomously... not that you did...? i was just wondering.
