Double Standards (Score:1) by Gang-banged on 08:20 PM July 2nd, 2005 EST (#1) (User #1714 Info) In todays Daily Telegraph (a couple of column inches - tucked away inside the paper), is a report of two female Teachers being suspended because they had a threesome with a 16 yr old male student. The police say they have 'not' pressed charges because the boy has not made a complaint ! Imagine if the genders were reversed, this would have been half-a-page on the Front Page, and some real noise made. Further, the men would be currently imprisoned.

Scouts (Score:1) by kavius on 10:58 AM July 4th, 2005 EST (#3) http://www.vius.ca And the local scout leader was wondering why I flat out refused to volunteer. I don't know what it is like in the States, but I am disapointed with Scouting in Canada. As such, I had wanted to start a "scout like" troop of boys in my neighborhood. Everytime I start to think that I should do that, I read an article like this and am reminded why I won't put myself in that position. The worst part is that in protecting ourselves, its kids that are suffering. But what else are we to do?
