Yes, they're going to save youngsters (mostly boys of course) from a life of crime. They will be spotted by nursery teachers (mostly women and full of PC ideas) who spot boys who are disruptive (perhaps bored with a lesson where girls are praised and boys are ignored) and passed to psychiatrists (Perhaps like the ones who’ve released people who shortly afterwards murdered someone or the ones who, when a man says “I’m really a women”, think it must be true). They’re going to save them with reading writing, social skills (a lot of “Jill has got it right. Why can’t you be more like Jill?”). There is even been some discussion about locking these proto-criminal boys up permanently and then of course you’ll have no crime right? (Apart from the 12 year old girl who tried to hang a 5 year old and others like her; and not to mention that successful criminals are the ones who behave like everyone until you find something is missing).

Reminds me of the self fufilling prophecy, single people out and treat them like third class citizens and criminals and they will eventually become them.
The "psychology-state" is far worse than the tyranny of the punishment state we have now. The punishment state only acts after people are accused of some crime or moral lacking and meets out punishments of fixed terms. The psychology state on the other hand, has no set terms, waits for no crime or moral lacking - it meets out "treatment" that can last forever, and in this case its going to meet out "pre-treatment". This is truly scary stuff.

What was the name of that movie that Tom Cruise was in where they "predicted" crimes before they happened? This sounds alot like the same thing only less efficient...,
And since ALL MEN are "potential rapists" you can imagine how mis-used this thing will be.

"Minority Report" was an interesting film that attempted to show a dystopian future where technology and cyber-clairvoyance could allow society to supress crime by targeting profiled individuals deemed "about to commit a crime."
(It also had a hair-brained plot device that relied on being able to see the future.)
But the "psychology state" where everybody is "under suspicion of the intent to commit a crime in the future" is already here and has been for decades.
In Jamaica in the 1970's the government passed a "Sus Law" that allowed anyone to be locked up for just such a charge. (It was used largely against the Rastafarian community that was getting a bit too militant under the influence of Bob Marley's reggae revolution...)
The feminists have refined this Orwellian concept the furthest by successfully criminalizing maleness. VAWA 2005 is a thinly-veiled code for this ideological weapon that now defines every boy as a rapist-in-training who is in need of pre-emptive psycho-dynamic education to prevent his "natural" maturation into a misogynist sexual predator.
The scariest throw-away line in the piece above about the British solution to preventing criminality by targeting three year-olds was this one --
"They will not be run by teachers but by voluntary groups or privately."
And just how many working British men will have the "free" time to volunteer in this noble campaign?
It will be staffed by 99% women who benefit from the government dole or from having working husbands/male partners.
Of course, what's the beef?
All boys already grow up in a thoroughly matriarchal society where the vast majority of their time is spent under the control of female authority figures. (Mommies, day-care providers, elementary and secondary teachers.)
Myabe the "metrosexual" phenomenon is not a coincidence at all?
It's merely the logical adaptive strategy of boys trying to be like the powerful all-female overlords they "grew up under."

Oh, you people. Although it goes completely against every principle in my body, I will say this to you. You are all evil. You are all the bane of society. I have had it up to here (I'm pointing to a point right above my head) with the superiority that exudes from very pore of your bodies. It runs off you like sweat, oily and yellowed, turning you to a corrupt kind of shell; crumpled and cracked and blackened all over your paper-deep image. It smells as rank to me as the dying breath of a man soaked all his life in his own bodily fluids. You are repellent to me like nothing else, like nothing I could possibly imagine. if I had one wish, I would ask for you to be made able to see, because in that instant I would know that I have cleansed the world of one little pit of tarred sickness.

Pathetic. What this idiot doesn't realize is that if they made about three phone calls to a CA female legislator with this type of message it would be reported to the police.
The bases for seeking the person's arrest is that the staff would claim that the message caused them to experience fear because of the content and the frequency of the message.
Next, there would be a police investigation complete with them showing up at your door.
Think the Marxist-Feminist "psycho-state" isn't real? Try it.
I promise that you do this a couple of times as described that you'll end up in jail as a political prisoner.
