Furthermore, corruption is rampant in zimbabwe, so i wouldn't be suprised even if i KILL my wife and still get off the hook by simply bribing the police with some money

Unfortunately, the myth that injustices against men is only a western phenomenon seems to be widespread even among MRAs in the West. But that's not true. I can tell from my experience here in India. Only oppression of men is more subtle. Which is why Farell had to write about the `myth of male power'. So to say that women don't have a lot of power in Zimbabwe may not be true as well. The news story also tells otherwise. 2. Corruption also works both ways. Just as a man may kill his wife and get away with it by bribing the police. a woman can also bribe the police and get her husband arrested on false charges.
