As we are all getting better at letter writting, perhaps it may be productive to salute any journalist who actually supports men in a corner. It could lead to more daring articles of this kind !

I'm grateful to Cathy Young. At least she uses her brain for the common good, and doesn't just spew anti-male hate.
But daring? Sorry, my idea of daring is what Fathers-4-Justice are doing. Cathy Young is just a good journalist. That's daring only because most journalists are a flock of sheep.

I agree with you about Cathy Young and most journalists. I appreciate Ms Young's feminist-challenging message and her objective well-reasoned approach.
Several years ago I read an article about her debate with a feminist law school professor at some university. The student audience was mostly hostile to Young, at least in their responses to what she had said. So, here's a situation where she stuck her neck out before an unsympathetic crowd.
