Child Support - But NO Child
posted by Adam on 03:30 PM December 9th, 2004
News warble writes "In another indication of how corrupt and biased against males the child support system is we find that a male is forced to pay $20,000 in child support before the court listened and determined there was no child. Heeeellllllooooo! Mandatory DNA testing anyone? Funny how the news media thinks this stuff is rare. What exactly do they think is happening with the current widespread paternity fraud against males and children? Where there is paternity fraud THERE IS NO CHILD! Yet if the woman can produce ANY child, even another mans child, then it is assumed that there is a child and that the man should be screwed to the wall.

Finally, what really burns me is that if a male were to kidnap the pseudo child in question, the authorities would issue an Amber alert, arrest the male on kidnapping charges, and throw away the key. But nooooo! This kidnapper is a woman; special priviledge and laws apply because she is assumed superior to a male. Therefore, the DA feels that kidnapping charges do not apply. Note how the actual child’s mother exclaims she, '... couldn’t keep up and lost them both. I thought I was never going to see my baby girl again ... It’s the scariest thing. Anything could happen.' Well DUUUUUGH! Yea. I'd say so! 'Anything' did happen. The child was in fact kidnapped for at least an hour if not more."

Even more recent news states that she may have conned several agencies besides the courts. She evidently collected income tax refunds, among other assorted acts, using a ficticious child.

So let's see what they do to her, and how much news play this gets on primetime stations across the country. Not much I'll wager.

None at all. The mainstream news media is too busy running stories about all those poor rich women who haven't been invited to join Augusta, that golf club that has only rich members.

Men hounded into debt and jailed for bogus, so-called child support payments? Who cares about that little problem? And they probably had sex with a woman at some time in their lives. Why shouldn't they be punished for that?

Given the sort of deadpan idiocy in so-called newspapers, I probably should mention that I'm being sarcastic.

Anybody notice all of the recycled news lately. It's more important to the media to repeat old stories verbatim rather than report on the wide spread paternity fraud in the system.

What gets me is that I can remember Assemblymember Jackson's office (a California Assemblybitch) specifically stating that paternity fraud isn't intentional, that nobody would do this for the money, and that the problem is so insignificant that action really isn't warranted. Bitch.

Gees. I guess I really hated working with them because they were so biased.

"Trevino’s ex-husband is poised to sue her and others, hoping to recover $20,000 in child support he has paid."

Well there's an old saying among men in Los Angeles, that explains how this woman has been getting special treatment from the courts (child support) and doesn't even have a child.

"Crooked As A Judge"

...and from the news article we see clearly what some women in custody disputes think of judges,

"Trevino asked if the child would like to see Santa Claus, and receive free gifts and candy." (emphasis mine)

Some women obviously look at their children more as paycheck than anything else,

Mommy's Precious Little Paycheck

Gosh, I'm afraid all this type of news may some day make me cynical.

Note in the article that Viola Trevino tried to "borrow" a five-year old girl from a distant relative who "...knew what [Trevine] wanted [the relative's child] for.” but did not even attempt to inform authoritites or the ex-husband of the scam. At least she didn't lend the kid.

Apparently this case went through the Child Support Enforcement Division and as we all know the federal government pays states to collect child support. Did this state receive any federal tax dollars for collecting the child support from the father?
