News Anonymous User writes In this disgusting story we read that: "Cecelia Schneider, a high school mathematics teacher, is accused of child endangerment and aggravated sexual assault. " and "Complaints against Schneider, suspended with pay from her job as a mathematics teacher at Monmouth Regional High School, Tinton Falls, allege that in 2002 she performed oral sex on the boy and produced and distributed child pornography, specifically a photograph of herself with the toddler. "

Schneider could face between 10 and to 20 years in prison, with no chance for parole before serving 85 percent of any sentence, if she is convicted of aggravated sexual assault, Einbinder said.

If anyone seriously thinks a 50 year old female teacher would get anything like this possible sentence has got to be more than a little naive. 3 years probation and pschological counseling at most.

You think things are so screwed up that they`d give probation to a woman who was found with photographs of herself doing a sex act to a 2 year old?I know things are bad,but hopefully not that bad.

And Im no expert on the law,but,I thought she`d be up for more charges.In this story here http://www.wkyc.com/news/news_fullstory.asp?id=232 06 a 31 year old man met a 15 year old girl in another state brought her back to his state(with her mother`s permission.Another screwed up mommy)with him.They suspect he had sex with the girl and is being charged with statutory rape,sodomy,child molestion,and enticing a child.
