Something finally happened other than a dropped charge - nobody tried to pretend this didn't happen, it DID and it got PUNISHED. All I can say is good.

If he had raped her do you think he would have got off with a year? I seriously doubt it.
Also I must point out that this happened elsewhere. When it happens in the USA then I'll be impressed.

In my home state, where the State's Attorney General is a female and self-proclaimed radical feminist who's never seen a misandrist law she couldn't endorse, the average first-time conviction for rape is 9 - 12 YEARS!
I submit that an equivalent sentence should be the consequence for proven false accusations.
Of course, nobody has a clue how many men falsely accused are currently doing hard time, and being subjected to a prison rape epidemic that is vastly worse than male-on-female sexual assault in the general society.

AND THOSE LYING BITCHES WHO GET CAUGHT MAKING FALSE ACCUSATIONS...CUT THE LYING BITCHES' TONGUE OUT!!!" Topic of conversation will suddenly change....works every time.
