The title of this thread is "Britain's Father's Rights Activists Rock Family Law." While that is accurate, I suggest that we start using the term "Family Destruction Law" instead of "Family Law," wherever possible. The vast majority of cases in the family courts are about breaking up families, often with disastrous consequences. I generally now use "Family Destruction Law" when I talk to fellow lawyers. It usually starts an interesting discussion and often makes the other person aware of things they didn't know before we talked. The French philosopher Blaise Pascal said "Les amis du raison sont une clique miserablement petite" (the friends of reason are a miserably small clique). In all the earth you will find no better friend of reason than me. That having been said I know all too well how terribly ineffective reason is as a persuader and motivator. I have been ranting for years for masculinists to resort to ridicule and the more outrageous the lampooning the better. MONKEYSHINES are what the enemy used to get attention and MONKEYSHINES are what will win our cause. Get creative brothers...let's have fun while we are doing this.
