Being forced to pay a huge amount of money because you were raped?
Imagine a world in which men are free to have consensual sex with a woman without fear that sometime in the next 21 years the government will impose harsh fines on the male because he had sex.
Hey hey ho ho, it's got to go! No forced child support for raped men, for single men, and for non-fathers!

The anti-male feminists continue to walk over us because nobody will stand up to them. Even conservative radio talk show hosts are too spineless to oppose the feminists. Politicians will continue to ignore men until doing so carries a political price.
WAKE UP, MEN! There are more important things than watching sports and drinking beer! Vote these scumbags out of office! Flood Michael Savage, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly and every other talk show host with calls concerning men's issues! Change will not just happen. It needs to be pushed.

I noticed it said that it was a married woman and the act was probably illegal at the time,but it doesn`t give her age.Are they hiding her age for some reason?Maybe to make her seem more sympathetic.

Does anyone know who the judges are on the appeals court? Are they elected or appointed? Male or female?
I know I would leave the country if that happened to me. Make that the hemisphere.

It is a paradox that we in the US will spend billions of dollars and risk the lives of our soldiers (mostly men) to prevent foreign depots and other tyrants from subjecting us to the very same conditions and arbitrary oppressive dictates that the family law courts deal out to men on a daily basis! Our real enemy to freedom is right here at home not over in Iraq.
And always remember; more pain, injustice and misery has been inflicted on this society by self-important tyrannical bastards in black robes than was ever inflicted by anyone wearing a white one.

All three judges are male.
Stephen L. Borrello
Judge Borrello was appointed to the Court of Appeals in 2003. Term expires January 1, 2005.
Bill Schuette
In January of 2003, Bill Schuette took his oath of office as Judge of the Michigan Court of Appeals. In the November 2002 General Election, Bill was elected to this position and serves as one of 28 appellate judges in Michigan. Term expires January 1, 2009.
Donald S. Owens
Judge Owens was appointed to the Court in 1999 and elected in 2000. Term expires, January 1, 2005.

These guys are pandering to the PC feminist movement and want to get re-elected. I understand the argument for this thought. Appointed judges are usually political appointees and are just as political as elected ones. And appointed ones can become very smug and arrogant in their knowledge that they are not elected. The flip side of this coin is that elected judges must listen to a constituency.
Is there a better system. I am ignorant of this part of the legal system and would like some input from someone more knowledgeable than myself.

Let me see if I got this straight, 'cause I must be hallucinating .....
The wife, a confessed pedophile who already not only statuatorily raped a boy, but apparently used alcohol to remove consent, and therefore commited rape in the literal sense ... SHE's GOT PRIMARY FUCKING CUSTODY?!!?!

Can anyone here just [u]imagine if a man had seduced a 14 year old girl, got her drunk, reduced her ability to consent (even though she was too young) and then somehow gotten custody of a GIRL CHILD what the papers would be saying[/u]?! And [u]THEN to sue the girl he molested for child support [/u]while keeping the girl child ... OH and by the way ... her boy child is EXACTLY THE AGE OF THE VICTIM SHE FIRST MOLESTED RIGHT NOW.
Is this just the height of MSinformation and feminist thinking in this country .... the confessed child molester sues her victim for child support while she holds on to that child who is the same age as the boy she first molested.
What's next? She fucks her son, gets pregnant, and when the statute of limitations runs out sues HIM for child support too?
This country is seriously ill when it comes to how it deals with molestation done by women on boys.

I'm having trouble putting into words how much this disturbs me. She, at 21 and married, knowingly has sex with a 14-year-old [eww] and gets pregnant, lies for 15 years about it to her husband. Then divorce happens, either the court or she decides a new meal ticket is needed, so they track down this guy and force him to pay child support. "It's a matter of public policy" they say, but public policy shouldn't be saying a victim of rape has to be paying. I really don't care if it's for the welfare of the child, would they make a random passerby pay for the good of the child? Perhaps a woman? No! How is making a victim of crime pay different, if not even worse?
The reverse would never, in a million years, happen. I can't imagine a judge demanding a girl who, let's say, foisted her child-conceived-by-rape-at-fourteen on her parents be ordered to pay child support.
Stupidity hurts - ow.
