Mangesh:
Welcome to men's activism. My name is Ray and I live in the Los Angeles area of California. I see you posted something earlier, and in my holiday haste I did not respond. I have posted many comments on this site over the years, and have railed against the abuses of the militant feminist agenda in the "Western world: America, Canada, U.K., & Australia.
It is clear to see that I have underestimated the long reach of the malignant tentacles of militant feminism, for I can see by your posts that this agenda has come to India.
In a way, I already knew that due to things I have read about the United Nations, the big U.N. feminist get together in China a few years ago, UNICEF activities, etc.
We truly do live in a global community, and unfortunately, it is one that is greatly plagued by the excesses of the militant feminist agenda.
A few years back I said I wish there was some way we could unite as men nationwide, but now I see we should be uniting as men world wide.
If the International Coalition of Free Men doesn't exist would someone please start it. I'd like to join.
As to your article I found it an interesting read, and know that the feminists have a real "hard on" (is that possible) for India due to the past practice of Settee (sp?). I think it is absolutely fabulous to have you write to us about things that are going on in India. Sexual harassment charges are something we men have been living with for many years, and due to the tyranny of the political correct, militant feminist agenda false accusations of sexual harassment have been handed out like pop corn in a movie theater.

Thanks. I'm happy to be a part of MANN. Yes, there are plenty of issues relevant to all men across race, religion, and nationality. When I read Dr. Farell, or Glenn Sacks, I can immediately connect it to what's happening here in India. Militant feminism has been around in India for nearly 20-25 years are now. Many of them started with what I think are genuine issues (bride burning, lack of opportunities for women) but over the years have become totally insensitive to the other side of the issue with their `woman good, man bad' assumption.

Ray, Fathers4Justice has gone international, they now have F4JInt yahoogroup and are hoping to have the basic format ready to start actively moving by spring. Perhaps you (or I ) should talk to Coalition of Free Men to see if they would be interested in starting an international group. Yahoo groups are very easy to start and are a great way to get together. If you would like me to contact them let me know. The Biscuit Queen
