This is a good idea, but I think there are 2 fatal flaws in the execution:
1. The name, "Traditional Men", strongly suggests that this group wants to roll back the *legitimate* gains that women have made in the workplace, schools, etc. "Traditional Men" shouts out: "We want to go back to the TRADITIONAL sex roles!". My fear is that the name itself is going to doom this effort.
2. The "What" section on the Meetup web site, says that the group is "opposed to feminism". Again, this usage makes it appear that the group is opposed to ALL feminism, including the *legitimate* changes that have been made. May I suggest adding an adjective or two? Best one is "radical", as in "radical feminism".
It's important to ensure that we're NOT working against women, either in reality or in appearance; we're working against the *excesses* of feminism and against anti male sexism.

Good points, Thomas. I just want to clarify something. I take it you're saying it's fundamentally corrupt to believe that the welfare of females deserves far greater concern than that of males. If that's what you're saying, I agree.
