That would be the YWCA, or Young Women's Christian Association, not the Girl Scouts.

I hope that CA man suing the YWCA domestic violence shelters for taking state money, then discriminating against men had something to do with it.

There was a funnier article about this, but, dang it, I cannot remember where I read it. The article has some quotes from the YWCA folks and it was .. errrr ... far less flattering about Patricia Ireland. I won't try to paraphrase (much as I am TWITCHING with temptation) but the quotes were far less flattering. The YWCA people had a "less than enthusiastic" reception to P.Ireland's ideas of what to teach and advocate for women and girls. If someone sees it and can leave the link ... it would definately churn up a few laughs.
