CPM writes "Ladies Attack Stripper At Bachelorette Party
Hmm, let's see... A bachelorette, her mother, and a bridesmaid expect a little something from a stripper, they don't get it, so they punch, kick, and hit him over the head with a bottle. Mom gets 30 days court supervision (read "no punishment at all") and $2500 restitution. Daughter and bridesmaid get all charges dropped. Not a bad deal for the ladies! You guys know the routine right? Flip it around. A bachelor, his father, and a groomsman expect a little something from a stripper and she does not deliver. So the three guys decide to beat her up instead. By show of hands, how many of you believe that any of these guys will not be charged with rape (among other miscellaneous charges)? No wait, keep your hands up, I'm not finished counting. Also, would any of the three men have all charges against them dropped? And just in case you didn't notice, this little story just happens to be in the "Strange News" section so as to make it seem funny. My god, I think my comments here are longer than the article."

Yeah, I've thought about that point. Male politicians are intimidated by feminist lobbies, and men are driven to exhibit chivalrous generosity. Men do hold women to lower standards of conduct out of a sense of paternalistic obligation. Men don't like to irritate women. Also, I think there's pressure on men not to complain -- to take it like a man.

When I discuss 'female tolerance' issues or discuss why men let women get away with things that they would not allow a man to do, or why they cater to a woman even if the act is discriminatory, the answer is almost always the same: Getting laid.
For a lot of men I know, they usually dont know that misandric or anti-male ideas exist. The ones that DO see misandric issues AND understand that they exist, permit this because if they oppose them, they won't "get laid".
Sexual need is prison for a lot of men.

Sounds about right. But why is it that men suppress their opinion because otherwise they won't get laid? Biologically speaking, women have at least roughly the same sexual need for sexual fulfilment as men, so given a roughly equal population of men and women, why is it that only men suck up to get laid? Surely given the above, it should be on an even keel?

"so given a roughly equal population of men and women, why is it that only men suck up to get laid?"
Out of a rougly equal population of men and woman, who both have sexual needs and desires:
Why are only men rapists?
Why are only men accused of sexual harrassment?
Why are women mostly the ones profiting from sex (e.g. prostitution, adult mags/movies)?
Why are men the ones that get chastised and mocked about wanting sex?
Why are men the ones called perverts, queer and weird?
These are the things I keep asking people. If people really are "free-willed, free-thinking" people, then why are only men affected by these situations?
There are a lot of things that occur that, if done by a woman is tolerated or encouraged, but it is considered negative if done by a man.

I think it goes deeper than just the desire for sex. I sense that this chivalrous impulse exists among gay men who have no interest in sex with women. It may be rooted in a tendency on the part of both sexes to be more protective of women than of men. But especially prominent among men because they're stronger and less vulnerable (in the sense of being less vulnerable than a woman seven months pregnant.)

It's what I said for a long time - womyn will sneer all the time about men who "cry" and "pout" if they don't get sex. Hah. You want to see irrational? Say "Not tonight, dear, I'm really tired" to your wife or girlfriend just once.
Want to live a peaceful life? Train your women so that if they make your life difficult, THEY don't get any.
