Reproductive Rights angry_young_men writes "This should speak for itself: A VICTORIAN man who donated his sperm in the "usual and customary manner" - by having sex with a lesbian - has been found liable to pay child support."

In the seven to 10 days following the agreement, the three decided the man would have no legal rights to the child, the child would not be told he was the father, the man would not seek any parental role, he would not financially support the child and should the women separate, LP would provide financial support.

[SNIP....]

It is not clear why
the mother asked the magistrate's court to order the man be assessed to pay child support.

Says it all, doesn't it? Next time you're tempted to believe anything other than "The man is going to get it in the ass" remember this.

It's becoming difficult to feel much sympathy for men who are stupid enough to still get themselves mixed up in this sort of thing.

I think he was more trusting than stupid, but as most of the stories posted here tell us, there's no real difference among those two concepts as the "law" sees it if you have the XY combo.

This will prove to be an incredibly lucrative (or expensive, depending on perspective) case of whoring.

BTW, there was a case recently, I think in California, of a woman having a child through artificial insemination with sperm from a sperm bank and then seeking the identification of the donor, so she could sue him for child support. I'm not sure if it's been resolved.

You have to be pretty stupid to donate sperm. I mean, some people do stupid things, but this one is at the top.

We should work to make all sperm banks close.

I agree! With the exception of gathering sperm for artificial insemination between husband and wife, there should be no way for a woman to legally obtain sperm from anything other than a live penis. Single-parent families are something to be tolerated as an unfortunate circumstance... and certainly not encouraged.

Look, women aren't liars or traitors any more than men are. The difference is that when a woman betray a man, the goverment whacks the man.

When will men get the right to engage in consensual heterosexual acts in the privacy of their home without having to worry about the govermnent fining them 30% of income for 21 years (or jail) for having engaged in said dangerous act?

Fucking unbelievable.

That's true, unless power corrupts.

That's extremely insightful there, Hombre. What is it old Abe Lincoln said? "If you would test a man's character, give him power?"

What we have in pheminism is almost forty years of giving women, as a class, ever increasing power in both the social and political arena. Further, they are not accountable for the use of this power.

In all but the very rare and remarkable few, this has produced a self-absorbed and utterly ruthless individual who feels that their whim should be taken as a royal edict.

Power does tend to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

So called "child support" is a radical feminist experiment invented in the middle of the 19th century and which became law in the middle of the 20th century. It has nothing to do with supporting children. It's about taking men's money to pay women. It is indentured servitude, a form of slavery and violates every civil right of men. It is responsible for the destruction of millions of families and hurting millions of children. It can not be made better by doing it more effectively. The whole feminazi program of so called "child support" needs to be totally opposed by every MAN who cares about children, about families, or his brothers. It is a hate program agaisnt men and children to benefit women, and that is all that it is. A man who "donates" sperm to a lesbian is a fool and a pathetic loser to begin with.
