I would have to point that that should be "Mrs. Hamilton". Mrs. Hamilton has been a loyal and robust wife during the scandal that ended his political career. He was accused of accepting "cash for questions", money for raising an issue in parliament that wouldn't otherwise be raised. It was never actually proved, but there were many unanswered questions about it. (Perhaps they should have given him some cash and he would have answered them :-)). Anyway, he was vilified by the British Press and this may have given the women the idea that she could get away with it, by targeting a man seen as corrupt. For some reason she accused both of them. Perhaps if she accused only him, his wife would have been an alibi. Both Neil and Christine were treated as rape suspects, but perhaps by including Christine this weakened the accusers case. There has not been much acknowledgment of women's sex crimes in the media. For example when a woman teacher slept with a 13 year old boy the boy is described as a Casanova, and the woman as immature. It turns out the Hamilton's had an alibi and the case collapsed. I, for one, am hoping for a prison sentence when she is sentenced soon.

I'm willing to bet she gets no time whatsoever. I program my home computer; beam myself into the future.
