Hey Garth this is the same as the Edmonton Journal article I posted, it's great it means that women are actually responsible for signing a contract.

The husband must have been politically connected or something. I agree, the judges did rule that exceptions can be made to this ruling. You can bet with the way Canadian family hating court judges operate they will soon be finding other ways to re-open agreements. I still think of this as a good thing, it is a victory.
