L.A. County Sanctioned $700 for Ignoring NCFM Request
posted by Scott on Friday January 17, @11:33AM
from the National-Coalition-of-Free-Men dept.
National Coalition of Free Men Marc writes "The County of Los Angeles was sanctioned $700 by a judge of the L.A. Superior Court for not responding to NCFM, LA's demand for documents on their gender policies that we made several months ago. The judge gave the County 10 days to come up with the documents. We filed this case last year because L.A. County funds a Commission for Women but no Commission for Men. To view the complaint, see this PDF file. We recently filed another suit against L.A. County for spending millions of dollars on an Office of Women's Health but having nothing similar for men at all. We will post that complaint on our website soon."

This is simply music to my ears. Kudos to the NCFM of LA. You are working the system and working it well. $700 is not that much money but the principle is priceless. Keep the pressure on and let's all take note of this. I know that watching the NCFM LA has prompted me to join the DC chapter. Let's get busy.

Just read the filing. Citing chapter and verse. Beautiful. Just what is needed. Pin the bastard's ears back, using their own system against them.

Of course, it will be denied. Harbor no illusions that this $700 is about any relief - had the County of LA been a real person there would be a default judgement entered, appeal waived.

But when it is, then what will be had, on paper and in writing, a government declaration that males are second class citizens. And THAT is fuel for a fire.

Exactly. If we are denied equal representation because of the fact of our gender then that is absolute proof if male oppression.

Does this say anything? (Score:0)

Marc:

Can we discuss this?

Does this behavior by the L.A. County Board of Supervisors say anything about freedom of information, or taxation without representation, or equal justice for all? According to the New Testament of the Bible, approximately 2000 years ago, Pontius Pilate the Roman Procurator of Judea asked Jesus Christ, "What is truth?"

Two millennia later it appears that our L.A. County government representatives are still so perplexed by "what is the truth," that they are having a lot of trouble divulging it.

Are they so inept that they cannot find the truth, or are they so corrupt that they must hide it. Have they (like Rome) taken the politically expedient route and acquiesced to the political demands of powerful pressure groups (in this case, feminists)? Does our L.A, County government think (like Rome) that they can routinely "wash their hands" of the alleged injustices they have politically been pressured into dispensing against a group (men), or individuals within that group?

Inquiring, tax paying, voting minds would like to know. Especially those allegedly violated men, their fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, and others who have been devastated by undemocratic L.A. County feminist policies. I guess that's pretty much the majority of people living in L.A. County who aren't feminists or thier ilk.

As promised her is a copy of the sanction Against L.A. County for failure to produce documents for inspection.

NCFM, LA is encouraged that our complaint is being taken seriously and not dismissed out of hand.

A little justice, what a strange unfamiliar sensation, a fellow could get used to it.

If they still don't comply with what the courts order, what's next, further sanctions, obstruction of justice charges, criminal sentences, jail time?

Are the Board of Supervisors of Los Angelels County accountable like regular citizens, or are they above the law, because of their power and influence?

One thing I must give them credit for is how the never cease to amaze me in the new ways that they disrespect the U.S. Constitution's concept of equal justice under the law.

It must be quite a feeling of power to buy all that legal representation to deny men their constitutional rights using taxpayers hard earned dollars.

The feeding frenzing of feminist, special interest programs "wallowing at the government trough" of taxpayers hard earned dollars appears unabated as the State of CA and County of L.A. experience one of the worst financial crisises in this areas history.

I am not optimistic that these ravenous beasts or the political toadies they court will anytime soon show any concern for the equal rights and valid needs of all the people. We will be closely watching, waiting, promulgating, and disseminating the behavior of all the L.A. County Board of Supervisors during these especially perilous times for men. The voting records of the individual supervisors are of priority interest.

Our founding fathers would expect no less, and neither must we.
