How "Fast Track" Laws Can Deny Men Equal Protection

Inequality Dan Lynch writes "This article from INEWS, which I found on Men's News Daily, must have Clarence Darrow rolling in his grave. The system wants to "fast track" domestic violence cases in order to gain a quick resolve. What's happening is defendants are not gaining the advice they need from their lawyers in what may be their first time in jail. The consequences can be staggering for the uninformed. The article also goes on to show concern for the approx. 24% arrest rate of women in these situations, when (according to women's groups) it should only be about 5%, according to DoJ findings. It also goes on to describe women's advocates who are concerned with women pleading guilty just to get out to their kids. If this isn't looked into, what will eventually happen is men will not receive effective legal counsel but women will. Another budding sign of 'unequal protection under the law'."

This is interesting because it shows that men are learning to dial 911 in Colorado. It also demonstrates that the police are starting to think for themselves and arresting the woman when she is the primary aggressor. There were also examples of a man trying to escape a violent woman, her attacking him, the neighbor calling 911, and the woman getting arrested. Then the author complained because a neighbor called the police and had a woman arrested for DV. Later she got off because she was a victim with no arrest record while her boyfriend was and evil man that had a record of DV. What crap! And they wonder why only men end up in jail. Talk about discrimination against men!

I agree, they arrest as many men as they can thereby destroying their credibility in court at every turn. Descrimination at its finest.

But as you said, men are learning to dial 911, but the feminists are still trying to assert that 95% are all men who do this. Argueing that they acted in self-defence.

What I forsee happening in this "fast track" approach is. Men will be questioned without attornies and bullied into pleas, whilst women will automatically have council on hand for her when she's arrested.

The variables in this are endless. Police will probably just end up arresting the man knowing full well that they won't be able to gain convictions against women so why even bother and a conviction against a man is inevitable and the safest bet. No wonder it score reads 95% men 5% women.

It has to work both ways or neither way. But one thing that is good about this is, Lawyers are feeling the 'economic pinch' and finally its in their best interest to 'win' a case in favour of men's rights.

""According to national statistics, only about 5 percent of domestic-violence perpetrators are women, Davis says. The discrepancy, she says, may indicate problems with the state's mandatory-arrest law in domestic-violence cases. Perhaps, Davis says, police are arresting too many women who were acting in self-defense.
"Why would there be 24, 25 percent female offenders, when nationally, it's much more like 5 percent?" she wondered. "That just raises the question for me, What's going on here? Are we arresting the wrong people?""

Latest available statistics from DOJ are that 15% of domestic violence is committed by females. If you extrapolate the steady rise in arrests, it's probably more like 20%. The 5% statistic she quotes is, was, and always has been a lie.

When the truth is finally fully revealed and equal justice is applied, we will see far more violent women than 20% being arrested for domestic violence.

We po men ain't gonna go to the back of the bus no mo, so you rad fem bigots had better take your hate monger biggoted statistics and move over and let the decent folk have a seat. Better yet, just get off the bus. You've been swimming in your own vomit for so long just the whiff of you is enough to turn anyone's stomach.

It will continue to be like that if men don't stand up and start revuing this type of misandry.

Lawyers have to start fighting the indoctrination methods done by feminists in these cases. Start by challenging any officer who has ever gone through such training sessions, all the way up to the judges if they have gone through these types of training sessions.

They can argue all they want "the systems not on trial here" well the system is always on trial every time it challenges to take away someone's freedoms.

Undoing feminist dogma will take a while but the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.

Like a dog returns to its vomit so too a radical feminist returns to her lies to ruminate them over in her mind, and then spew them out again even more warped and perverted then before.

Someone ask for this information in a previous posting, and I just stumbled across it at the U.S. Dept. of Justice

http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/abstract/ipva99.htm

After you get to this page click on the Acrobat file 140k and go to page 9, there you will find statistics on "Intimate Partner Violence between persons of the same gender, 1993-1999

16,900 women were the victims of domestic violence by their lesbian female partners.

13,740 men were victims of domestic violence by their gay male partners.

I would like to see better numbers as to the total population of homosexual men and women. It would seem to me that these percentages are saying that women are far more violent in these homosexual settings than in heterosexual settings, or does this merely prove what we've been saying all along? Here the women can't hide their violence like they do in heterosexual relations where any lie is sufficient to cast blame on a man.
