My question: why cite the men? It's the women who are baring their breasts.
You sexist patriarchial opressor! Why it's the prurient interest of males that causes this; since women have no power they are FORCED by men to do this to begin with, to enslave themselves to males sexually for protection from a cruel and opressive society!
Why, if there were TRUE justice, no woman would recieve a ticket, and ALL men present would recieve a ticket for any offenses, because ALL men oppress ALL women in this way!
And suggesting that women in any way should be responsible and accountable for their actions?!?!?! You MALE-CHAUVINIST PIG! HOW DARE YOU?

Did you know that in the province of Ontario(Canada), it is completely legal for women to bare their breasts ?
On the Toronto water front (lake Ontario) women go topless all the time, weather permiting.
We have no riots up here.
Do you have riots in your strip clubs?

I remember when that was made legal. Tons of women getting all hot and bothered about their "rights" and all that to bare their breasts. Then when the law passed I never heard a peep. I figured it was another round of women demanding the right to do what they would never do if no-one ever told them they couldn't.
