Gender Studies: The Sexuality of Terrorism

Education Just when we thought it couldn't get any worse. First, Judy Mann blames men for terrorism. Other feminist writers soon follow suit. Now The Dept. of Women's Studies at California State University is offering a course titled "The Sexuality of Terrorism," according to this story from Pacific Research Institute. Most people never imagined that terrorism had anything to do with sexuality, but that’s not what those who study women think. But according to their materials, it would be more accurate to say that terrorism has a nationality, one that sounds a lot like American.

How much is too much for these people? When will gender studies finally say "Enough is enough, this is ridiculous."? How can these people call themselves Americans (or human beings, for that matter)?

California State University has attempted to relate terrorism to men in general, and then to America itself. It seems to me, a New Englander, that all of California is stuck in a time warp where it's always 9/10. If you think about it, when has anyone heard a positive story from California since 9/11? If there are American terrorists, I'd wager that they're at California State University either teaching or learning about "The Sexuality of Terrorism." I think this article explains exactly how terrorism is NOT patriarchal.

Sometimes I wonder if it would be better for the rest of us Americans if California would just break off like a gangrenous arm and sink into the ocean. Either that or it's just my emotions getting the better of me (which is impossible for white males to have, according to women's studies).

Better hope for an earthquake, huh? LOL *sarcasm*

In New York, even in a women's college, 9/11 is stuck in our minds. We're terrified, but there are the anti-American women's studies/sociology majors trying to ruin it for the rest of us. A lot of the girls come from NYC, so the dean got a lot of complaints, and a lot of people got punished. I have to congratulate Wells on this...it handled the attack on America better than did some co-ed schools.
"Female men's activist" is not an oxymoron.
