Ontario Tracking False Rape Accusations

False Accusations This story from equityfeminism.com details Ontario's efforts at tracking incidents of false accusations of rape. It would be an interesting experiment to deploy a computerized system like this in several U.S. states and see if rates of false allegations are similar to those in Canada. At the very least, it would be good to have solid numbers rather than just speculation on the false sexual assault allegations in the United States.

Oh yeah, I forgot, it's intended to track violent crimes.

The ideology of giving the benefit of the doubt to women is having terrible consequences for men - right now.
Nothing of value is gained without cost.
No complex action goes as planned.
Millions of North American boys are being raised in an environment that appears to be deliberately systemically hostile to men.
Women should be afraid, very afraid.
There are going to be millions and millions of boys growing into men who are confused and full of anger, poorly educated and without benefit of "good" role models.
There are going to be million and millions of little girls who are taught to blame men for their problems, and so they will be unable to solve problems that are not the fault of men. It is part of the standard model of substance abuse to blame someone else for your own problems.
Like the little boys the little girls will be angry and have no functional role models for mother hood as many will have grown up in environments hostile to men.
What the Canadian model of child support is creating is a generation of children who get piles of money without doing anything for it.
Most of these children will experience an incedible drop in their standard of living when the child support stops.
In my case the mother has remarried, so there is her income, the tax free child support and the step father's income.
My money is the "invisible" grunt money that looks after the basic needs. Step daddy's money is the money used to for the other "visible" stuff. I cannot give my children what their step daddy does.
The mother doesn't like me and the step father and I don't speak.
You don't have to be a genius to figure out what is in store for the kids.

So, how about posting those names on the internet so we know who not to date?

Just kidding. I donīt think that would solve anything, you would just get people with the same names as them blamed for this sick crime and there would be even more hurt people.

Whoa! This article by Brian Carnell is misleading.

The figures quoted are NOT for false allegations of sexual assault. The VICLAS system is used to discover, and then find, SERIAL wrongdoers - and nothing more!

Indeed, the very idea that false allegations are as low as 5-6% is LAUGHABLE - especially at the point where the police are first contacted.

I have no real idea what the levels of false accusations of sexual assault are, but they could easily range from 30% to 90% AT THE POINT WHERE THE POLICE ARE FIRST CONTACTED.

A low figure such as 10% would seem ridiculous - Try talking to a police officer who has to deal with the calls that waste his time!

Besides which, the definition of sexual assault is often so ridiculous that we could just about all be accused of having committed such.

Yes that is right sir.
I was evaluated by CAAP at MacMaster General Hosptial, part of the allegations of sexual abuse.
They said to me in straight face, "Oh our definnition of child abuse is very general, very broad"- in fact is it turns out in my case, it was anyhing they wanted it to be.
See when you don't do the things they accuse you of and then you get convicted by a kangaroo court masquarding as a child welfare oragnisation, then the lawyers for the old x-wife just sit back and say well, look your honour, this respected group is of this opinion and so the father should be kept from visiting his children, and the cost of all of this nonsense should be his to pay for. You can challenge it sure, but it takes months and months and months to get any kind of give and take between parties and the judges are never the same, and the money - the money - the money - it is like fulshing a toilete and you can't get legal aid.

I bet if they ever repealled the Young Offender Act and made all of those documents public domain, it would bring down the government.
There would be outrage and people in high places going to jail.
You can't have a secret legal system, in your country and then claim to the united nations that there are no human rights abuses.
Unless of course that country is Canada.

A secret court system would never abuse human rights now would it.

What VICLAS tracks are cases where the police are sure that a False Charge has been made.

VICLAS works on a booklet which takes about two hours to fill out. The law requires police in VICLASS reportable offences to fill the booklet out. Those offences are: Murder, Sexual Assault / child molestation and False chrages of Sex crimes.

What VICLAS tracks therefore are cases where there is zero doubt that the case involves a False Charge. The system does not track unfounded cases some of which will be false charges: Probably many of which will be false charges.

Read about VICLAS on the mountie's website which is available from the main Canadian government website at: http://canada.gc.ca/main_e.html

If a person had these kinds of documents and wanted a newspaper to publish them and show what is going on here.
If a man were willing to go to jail as a political prisoner or prisoner of conscience, which newspaper would be willing to publish these documents for the world to see what is going on here in Canada?
Any thoughts?

There can be no doubt that Canada maintains political prisoners in gender matters: There is sufficient evidence to show that. How many? No one knows. there will be more, that is clear. How many? I don't know. Will the press get involved? Only when the people -male and female people- demand the press get involved.
