I was sad about my answer too, Scott. But it's also true that my answer did not account for the fact that I "say" it in many non-verbal ways. I imagine the same is true for you. The question is certainly thought-provoking, but before being too hard on ourselves for not "saying" it often enough (or at all), it's helpful to also reflect on all the alternative ways that we do say it.
