Clubs like that are a result of women not being held accountable for their actions. They know they can get away (literally) with murder and the enslavement of men, simply by making up a sob story for a judge. I am also not surprised that the club has such a large number of members. Men have long known that divorce "justice" in our court system is nothing but punishment for having a penis.

All true, but beware. There are a lot of clubs on Yahoo! that have extremely provocative titles and subsist primarly on flames from people who see the name of the club and freak out. I have seen one club (in five incarnations before the owner gave up) advocating rape and laying out strategies and techniques for raping women. Posts from the two guys who were the instigators and active participants were dwarfed by the dozens of posts from enraged flamers.
Without seeing the content of the messages it's impossible to know whether there really are lots of women sharing ideas on financial rape, or just one or two women and a lot of flamers.
That said, it wouldn't surprise me either if this were a gleeful discussion of techniques and tactics for destroying men. I'm sure that there are hundreds of women in the U.S. and Canada who would happily declare themselves part of such a club.

Excellent point on the nature of Yahoo! clubs. I can say so because I considered "joining" just to see what these bigots were saying. Ultimately, I didn't because I was afraid I might find lots of women engaged in back-patting over their successful enslavement of men, and I'd rather not commit suicide today.

Its unamimous (I'm not surprised either)
But I do appreciate the reference - and as one good turn ...
"What women most desire is---sovereignty.
Fain would each wife obtain complete command
Over her husband, house, and wealth and land.
Single or wed, your sex aspire to sway;
They to rule all, while men, like slaves obey."
At this there was widow, wfe or maid,
Who disagreed with what the knight had said.
Even the queen, with blushing cheeks, confessed,
That he had found what women love the best.
"The Wife of Bath's Tale", by Geoffrey Chaucer, quoted from the
Outline of Great Books, Wise & Co., New York, 1937. p. 661.

I checked out the group and found that the archives are not public. i.e. only the moderators have access so there is no way of determining the content. We'll see if anything appears over the next few days.

Here's what I did:
Goto this URL ---
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Ex-husband_is_now_my_slave
At the bottom, you will see the 'easy way' for subscribing to the group (it's a hassle to do it through Yahoo)...
I just sent an e-mail to:
Ex-husband_is_now_my_slave-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
I also put the word Subscribe in the subject line of the e-mail, but don't really know if that is req'd.
Anyway, you probably don't have to post anything... but it makes for an easy way to see what's being said! :)
Sincerely,
A concerned mother of three boys
