One can imagine all kinds of abuses.
If the DNA of the population is made available in a public database, then anyone could find at least two potential fathers of each of their children, both of whom could be reported to the CSA, tracked down and gouged for child support payments.
The CSA might conduct its own periodic database searches of children and name, based on its own findings, the several possible fathers of each of child living in the United Kingdom and go after the "fathers" that the search has identified for back child support.
It is becoming increasingly clear that fatherhood is becoming unconstitutional in the United States. A law like this is needed to make it a federal offense to be male.
I find myself so threatened by anti-male laws like this that I've decided not to get married, have children, or involve myself with anyone who can bear children.
The risk of getting entangled with oppressive arms of the government who seek to criminalize fatherhood is too great.
