Lazio Lashes Out At Debate Critics
posted by Scott on Friday September 22, @10:42AM

News You may have heard of the recent political debate between New York Senator candidates Rick Lazio and Hillary Clinton. Toward the end of the debate, Lazio walked over to Clinton, demanding that she sign a contract to promise not to use soft money in the campaign. Critics of Lazio's "confrontational" tactics were accused of being "sexist" by Lazio recently, and I think it's really good that he is exposing this double standard of gender. Lazio has also spoken bluntly on the issue of gender in the political race. You can read the article from the NY Times here (Free registration with the NYT may be required to view the article).

*ahem*

Although The Men's Activism News Network doesn't officially endorse any political candidates, I think it should be obvious by definition that it would NOT be a good thing for men's rights to have Hillary Clinton in a political office. It would be a dark day indeed for most men under her jurisdiction.

*cough* Anyway, I just thought I'd add this comment. :)

It's the Bill and Hillary Clintons (and let's not forget about Al Gore, either) of the world that have caused me to "disaffiliate", shall we say, from the Democratic party.

Just to underscore what a sexist horror this woman truly is, check out the following, "Just a reminder who Hillary really is", forwarded off the List Serve of the American Coalition for Fathers and Children (ACFC):

Thanks for posting that info, Kyle. It kind of makes me wonder why any male would vote for her - she is so radically pro-female and anti-male. But yet I hear that this will be a close race.
