Perhaps a line of Better Woman cards should be made.

I.e. "just because he's not smiling, does not mean he deserves to be fired"
"Hiring a woman because she's a woman is like choosing a surgeon baecause you like the colour of scrubs he/she wears."
"If it's not considered sexual harassment when you do it, then it's not sexual harassment when a man does it."
