UK: Male, pale and stale university professors to be given 'reverse mentors'

OK I am going to put this out there. Let me be just really, really frank here. I am going to make some observations. These may be controversial but I am an MRA so I am already as controversial as they come.

I have noticed something about human beings. We LOVE to fuck. I mean, we fucking LIVE to fuck. We have, arguably, one purpose on Earth: to keep each other company and to FUCK each other. One reason feminism is so unpopular with the class of person that stands to gain the most from it is because it says "Fucking the people you really want to fuck is wrong and you should fuck other women instead." This has not gone over well. A major reason women reject the feminist label despite harboring feminist ideas is because in so doing they think (and rightly so) that they need to reject men categorically, which means, no fucking of men. But the average woman LOVES to fuck men, especially at a certain age. Hormones and all.

Another truth re humanity is that inter-ethnic sex is REALLY FUCKING HOT and we like that, too. We are so into fucking other people of other ethnic groups that in places where these groups are segregated by law, there has to be special laws that specifically and harshly punish people who fuck people who are not of their own ethnic group. And yet, it happens anyway. People of different ethnic groups NATURALLY love to fuck each other because it leads to what biologists call hybrid vigor. Ethnic differentiation is the same process that occurs when populations of animals are separated and genetic pooling takes place, leading to new breeds. Different ethnic groups in humans is like having different breeds of dog or cat. When these breeds cross, they produce more vigorous offspring than if the dog or cat bred within its own breed. Humans do the same thing. Dogs and cats instinctively seek to breed outside their own breed and humans are no different.

Finally, it is a truism of the human race that younger women find older men attractive in a general sense. They are not always sexually appealing but as associates, a lot of younger women are drawn to older men for a lot of reasons. Evolutionary biologists have suggested that this is because an older man has proven by surviving to that age that his genes are fit. Further an older man is safer because he is likely to be higher on the tribal social chain than younger men. Thus as long as she is with the older man, she is likely to be better taken care of than if she is out and about among people of her own age. Younger women may find older men sexually attractive too but not in the same way they find a young stud hot. Still, history is filled with examples of young women contenting themselves with older men as husbands regardless of what other desires for younger guys they may also have.

So put 2 and 2 together here. A program to get young non-white women to be alone in the company of older white men. This program is disguised as a visionary politically correct program to set these older white downpressormen straight, to give them a good solid political correcting by young, fecund, ethnically diverse (i.e., anything but white) women.

Yes indeed. A 55-YO divorced/widowed PhD in oh, I dunno, Philosophy or Physics, whatever, white as a sheet, balding, intelligent, with a solid TIAA-CREF account and no debts, children all grown and gone, paired to the company of a 20-year-old woman from India, China, or the inner city USA, with the aim of the two to spend quality time together talking about relationships and sharing thoughts and ideas on life, a matter naturally likely to arise.

What could possibly happen as a result of this program?

My guess is this program will have statistics generated for it. One of them will be the number of marriages it generates along with the number of permanent resident/citizenship applications it also generates.

Of course undoubtedly there will be some real ground-grabber feminists who will try to take this opportunity to accuse Dr. Smith of looking at their tits. I have a feeling though that perhaps the program authors will take some care in making sure that such women do not make the final cut.
