Canada's Supreme Court - God help us all.

Ragtime writes "Two recent vacancies in the Supreme Court of Canada had justice-minded Canadians hoping for new appointees who might show some respect for our Constitution and Charter of Rights and who would enforce law rather than try to create it to suit their personal agendas. Instead, our hopes have been cruelly dashed: at least one known radical feminist lesbian has received the nod.
Justice Rosalie Abella spells even worse times ahead for men, fathers, and boys and any right-minded citizens who oppose judical activism. The, ahem, jury is still out on the other appointee, Justice Louise Charron. CP News"

Guys fill new network lineups - more misandry - or

CJ writes "Not too long ago, the networks were obsessing over women. Is TV courting male audiences this season, after last year's ratings scare, when Nielsen Media Research announced that men age 18 to 34 were leaving TV for video games, DVDs, and the Internet (or bad programming for men - which was left out of the analysis)? The TV networks are hoping to snag viewers by showcasing the lives of men. Most of the fall's fellows deal with ambivalent feelings and they shed tears. This is in stark contrast to the cover of TV Guide's 2001 fall preview which stated - "Tough Women Rule." Lets see what happens...more misandry or is it time for gender equality in the media?

Violent crimes by girls rising, but....

Anonymous User writes "This article says girls are victims who need help, even when they are violent. here The shrinks are confused why after empowering girls they have turned violent. Even when females are violent they are victims of society in some way. Notice they say the reason juvenile female violence is rising is unclear. The reason is obvious 30 years of radical femminist ideaology. I think these shrinks are all in denial ha ha. Here is a quote from a womens studies professor. "We have a crisis in the juvenile justice system," said Meda Chesney-Lind, a professor in women's studies at the University of Hawaii, who has written books on female violence. "We're arresting all these girls, but we're not doing anything to deal with their issues.""

'Virtual girlfriend' demands gifts

CJ writes "She needs to be coddled with sweet talk and pampered with gifts, but you'll never see her in the flesh. A Hong Kong company has developed a "virtual girlfriend" for new cell phones with video capability. If she's neglected, "she'll be unhappy and she won't talk to you," The company also hopes to develop a virtual boyfriend by early next year. I wonder what he will expect? Respect perhaps? Chime in with your opinions... here"

Maleness or Extinction? (Israel)

Jacob Kandlaker writes "In Israel, beating feminism is a prerequisite for standing up to the external enemy. Maleness or Extinction by Gil Ronen Militant Israeli feminists have determined the national agenda since the early 1990s, mocking all things male and and criminalizing normal masculine behavior. If we wish to regain our fighting spirit and discover new leaders in our midst, we must first restore dignity to Israel's men."

Major progress for shared custodial rights in MA!

CJ writes "I have to admit I was shocked to see the Boston Globe cover a pro-father issue, but progress can not be denied as the Mass fatherhood Coalition got a nonbinding question that will appear on ballots in 37 legislative districts this November asks voters if they support joint custody of children after divorce, unless one parent is deemed unfit or both agree otherwise. ''It's like putting up guardrails on the road of marriage,'' said Mike O'Neil, co-chairman of the Fatherhood Coalition, a statewide group that has about 3,000 members. ''We just want protection of our rights.'' Lets applaud Mike Franco for his efforts in Mass where men's rights have been brutalized for decades.

DSS Used to Abuse Children

The_Beedle writes "Two teenage girls in Australia ran away from DSS custody after being abducted from their home where they had been living with their father. Despite the girls choice to live with their father, and their claims of his innocence, DSS is insisting they not have any contact with him.

They haven't even bothered to tell the father that his children are on the run : "The girls' father, who is fighting the protection orders, said he had not been advised by the department that his daughters had absconded from care." News.com.au link"

Lesbian not required to pay child support

CJ writes "MA Supreme Court has a history of contradictory and odd rulings. In this case a woman who agreed to have a child with her lesbian partner cannot be forced to pay child support, the state's highest court ruled Wednesday. Because the defendant is not a parent under any of the statutory provisions enacted to establish parenthood, she has no duty to support the child financially, and she may not be ordered to pay child support,'' I honestly think the court would have ruled differently if this had been a man involved. Also, if this court agrees homosexual marriages should be like normal marriage arrangements, this is a highly contradictory ruling. Article

Teflon Military Women

Benjamin Adam Studtmann writes "The American military machine is not immune to the gender-based poisons in our society. Here we have the short, sour, and heartripping story of a Lieutenant Colonel Williams. Lt. Col. Williams had entirely consensual, comprehensively documented sex with two female soldiers, one an NCO. He was instantly court-martialed in disgrace, and sentenced to seven months of good hard prison time. His girlfriends? Not a single black mark on their records -- they were let off scot-free. Why? Well, they were women, weren't they? On the same site, one can also read just how well PFC Jessica Lynch is doing in the midst of all her personally generated confusion and controversy.Military women seem to be Teflon -- s**t just won't stick!

Seconds after I typed that, I found this. I'd say 'enjoy', but I doubt that applies here. If you don't have time to read the story, the summary is simple: Male = dishonorable, female = honorable. Just like in civilian life! Oh, and did I mention she suddenly decided months after landing in hot water that she was raped? Did I mention that this was clearly a steaming load? The article ends by telling us that this poor, suffering, flower of womanhood avoided 26 years in pound-me-in-the-*** military prison because the fragile doe was suffering from attention deficit disorder and post-traumatic stress. Naturally I'm fighting back the urge to send the traumatized little girl a fruit basket out of sheer pity and sympathy."

Male homosexuality 3 1/2 times more damaging to Zanzibar than female homosexuality

Benjamin Adam Studtmann writes "The New Feminine Order continues its worldwide spread. In Zanzibar, they have freshly outlawed homosexual sex. If you are a woman, the maximum is seven years. If you are a man, the penalty is 25 years. No explanation is really given for this, other than it will "really improve the country"."
